Our Story

Reinhorn Law is a boutique immigration law firm based in San Francisco, founded in 2009 by Amy P. Reinhorn. Amy established the firm with the intention of providing the highest quality immigration services and has been developing and implementing this mission ever since.

With a wealth of experience assisting corporate clients of all sizes, our team is well-suited to drive the sponsorship process, address compliance issues, respond to government audits, assess the immigration impact of a corporate reorganization, and consult on internal processes for supporting talent requiring immigration sponsorship. We are committed to continuous innovation to improve efficiency and add value to our clients positioned at the forefront of their industries.

Our Team

Founder and Attorney

Amy Reinhorn

Amy Reinhorn is the Founder at Reinhorn Law. With over twenty (20) years of business immigration experience, she understands that attracting and retaining the most talented workforce is critical to the success of businesses competing in the most dynamic sectors of the global economy.

Amy Reinhorn is the Founder at Reinhorn Law. With over twenty (20) years of business immigration experience, she understands that attracting and retaining the most talented workforce is critical to the success of businesses competing in the most dynamic sectors of the global economy. Amy advises clients in all areas of corporate immigration and represents many companies of all sizes, from small investor start-ups to some of the most well-known global corporate brands.

Amy is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law and a member of the state bars of California and New York. Amy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History (minor in Japanese Language) from Santa Clara University. She was previously an associate attorney at Cooley LLP. Amy is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and an invited speaker at industry conferences.

In her free time, Amy is an avid mountain climber and enjoys the practice of Qi Gong.

Paralegal

Eric Urrutia

Eric has over four years of experience working in business immigration. As a Paralegal, Eric utilizes his expertise in the field to support and assist attorneys in preparing and filing various visa applications, manage documentation, ensure compliance, and stay up to date with ever-changing immigration policies.

Born in Southern California, Eric moved to the Bay Area in 2014 to attend UC Berkeley. After he graduated with a degree in Media Studies in 2018, he began his career in immigration. Eric enjoys working in the immigration field because he can see the impact of his work right before his eyes. Immigration can be confusing and stressful, and Eric’s goal is to make the immigration process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

In his spare time, you can find him in front of a television flipping through various sports games, spending time outdoors hiking, or soaking up the sun at the beach.

Director, Client Services

Cameron Randlett

Cameron leverages years of immigration experience to assist our clients in developing robust, scalable global mobility programs. As Director, Client Services, Cameron acts as a trusted client partner, providing legal assistance and tailoring the firm’s technology offerings to best support client needs.

Cameron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the Honors College at the University of Vermont. Outside of the office, Cameron can be found exploring mountain ranges across the United States with his partner, Caoimhe, and their pup, Fiadh, or working on motorcycles at home in his garage.

Chief of Staff

Reiko Mendenhall

As Chief of Staff at Reinhorn Law, Reiko provides production and administrative support for the attorneys and paralegals. She oversees relationships with external vendors, ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the firm run smoothly.

Reiko is passionate about utilizing her organizational skills to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm with the goal of promoting a positive client experience.

Reiko is committed to serving her community. She regularly volunteers with California Human Development, a nonprofit organization that offers holistic services to California’s farmworkers.

Reiko holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Global Politics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. When she is not working, you can find Reiko perusing through vintage shops in the city looking for unique home decor and clothing, catching a Warriors game at the Chase Center, or finding a new restaurant to try.

Senior Attorney

Elysa Baron

Elysa combines sound legal reasoning with creativity to zealously advocate on behalf of her clients as a Senior Attorney at Reinhorn Law. With more than ten years of immigration experience, she has particular expertise in employment visa matters and drives the firm’s PERM Labor Certification program.

Elysa is a member of the State Bar of New York and holds a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from American University, and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Spanish from the University of New Mexico.

Elysa is joined at the hip to her sweet dog Joon, who is her constant companion and has her own spot underneath Elysa’s desk. When Elysa is not at work, she enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, learning about wine, and walking Joon through Golden Gate Park and the hiking trails of Lake Tahoe.

Senior Paralegal

Jack Livingston

An experienced Senior Paralegal, Jack is well versed in solving complex employment-based immigration matters and compliance issues. His particular focus includes O-1, EB-1, H-1B, and L-1 visa applications.

Born and raised in Washington DC, Jack graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in History from Loyola Marymount University. Consuming anything sports related, Jack is a diehard fan of the University of Georgia football, Washington Nationals, and Washington Commanders. Over the course of 14 straight years, Jack and his father went to every single Georgia football post-season game, only to be broken up by the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2018, Jack summitted Mt. Kilimanjaro, an accomplishment that surprises him still to this day. When home Jack lives in pandemonium with his Golden Retriever and King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Frank and Bishop.
